“When we started planning our wedding we immediately decided that we wanted to have an outdoor wedding. That being said, it is next to impossible to have a Catholic Priest conduct the ceremony. I am Catholic and my husband is not. We knew what we didn't want in a ceremony, but it was hard to think about creating a ceremony from scratch. Just knowing Rev. Bill was part of the progressive Catholic movement immediately made me look into him. From the moment we met him until now (almost a month after the wedding), Bill has just blown us away. The first time we met it was very clear that Bill wanted to get to know us and he gave us the chance to get to know him too. On a personal level. That theme continued throughout our planning process. Bill truly has this down to a science, but never once did we ever feel that creating our ceremony was stale or generic. Bill created the ceremony of our dreams. You definitely have to commit to the process and be present, but the end result will be unforgettable. Even in the ceremony, we were so comfortable standing up there with Bill.
